Kitten information:
Kittens are occasionally available. I hope to import more cats over the next few years to give me some diversity within the genepool I am working with and to enable me to vary matings between my females and males I own or use at stud based in other catteries.
Heterozygous kittens are sold only on the Non-Active register for pet or show. I feel any animal should be a typical representative of it's breed before it is bred from. If a heterozygous cat, I have bred, is shown with reasonable success and it's owner has the cat's best interests at heart in having a litter from it, then I will consider moving the cat the Active register.
I place great importance on breeding for type & temperament. All my cats live together in my house so they all have to be temperamentally sound. I do not specialise in any particular colours but I plan Selkirk Rex to Selkirk Rex matings only.
All variant (Straighthaired) kittens are sold as PETS only.
Homozygous kittens will be placed in appropriate homes.
Kittens are sold at the age of 13 weeks (Minimum), raised indoors so they are used to household sounds, well handled, well socialised and used to 2 large breed dogs. They come with the following:
GCCF registration (Pink slip)
4 weeks PetPlan insurance
2 Veterinary health checks
Unless any kittens I have bred show signs of fleas, I will not expose a kitten to unneccessary flea treatment. If fleas were ever found, then the kitten would be treated with Frontline or Stronghold.
All genuine enquiries are welcome. Deposits will not be taken until I have spoken to the interested party & preferably met, then a deposit can be paid for the agreed kitten. Deposits are taken in good faith & are non-refundable.
